Our application process is a little more advanced than most. We run our applicants through a vetting process to ensure that we get the best qualified tenant/s into one of our gorgeous Fox Homes. 

Each applicant is required to pay a $30 application fee. Our applications can be found here on our webpage. Our processing team will run a background check with an eviction history on every applicant. We will also run a credit history check to make sure you are in good standing with your creditors. Every applicant is required to show verification of employment and have a reliable source of income. Once we have a list of qualified applicants, we will reach out to you and begin phone screenings. 

Our phone screenings consist of several questions that help us gauge whether you are right for us and whether we are right for you. We put a lot of time, money and effort into our Fox Homes, so we want to ensure our homes are fitted for the right person or family.
