We are BIG animal lovers! Years ago, we lived in California. We can remember how hard it was to find places that would rent to us and our two beautiful German Shepherds. Everywhere we looked, apartment complexes had “no pets” posted, placed pet weight restrictions (which always ruled out our 100lb shepherds) or they charged ridiculous amounts in pet rent each month. As a family, we took an oath that one day we would create a rental empire that ALLOWED pets!  With all that being said, we understand that there is a higher possibility that pets can cause more damage to our homes than their human counterparts, so we ask for a one time $50-$100 fee on top of your security deposit. No pet rent, no weight restrictions and no breed restrictions. The fee will be based on the amount and size of pets! We will use discretion on the amount of animals allowed!
