Our philosophy
We are creating a revolutionary style of renting. Each one of our homes is chosen carefully and sent into a “renovation“ phase. During renovation, we carefully design our floor plans to best fit our vision for the home while maintaining the home’s natural beauty(we call this the “Fox” touch).
While most landlords look for quantity instead of quality to pull the most profit, we take a different approach. Each one of our tenants must submit to a credit and background check and have stable and reliable employment. Each applicant will forego a phone screen with one of our Owners. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on evictions. If you’ve been forced out, you will not meet our approval standards. While this process seems strenuous, we promise you it is not. Our property management team works hard and diligently in order to make the application process a breeze for you and for us!
Our process and way of operating is what enables us to stand out against the majority of landlords in the area. Blair County is a beautiful place. It’s time someone guides the sunshine onto our old homes and brings their beauty back to life!
